Maybe her story isn't 100% true and I'm sure at least a few charges will be dropped or compromised due to lack of evidence, but there's just no way it's all lies. The accusations are very specific.

I get it but where are the facts?? show me the evidence to believe her and even if he's guilty she and her mom are responsible of that because why they didn't do anything at that time... She wanted the money and fame... Thats my point

I mean could you get anymore transparent? If it honestly didn't happen, and he knew she would sue, you'd THINK he could tell his side of the story, or at least a more in depth look then "she's lying, it's part of her campaign" etc.

It's called psychological damage. I would believe Pebe didn't know about this until recently. Because if she did she would have said it A LONG time ago because she says everything that Kesha chooses not to say.

Pebe only found out Kesha was suffering from Bulimia the day or two before she checked into Rehab.

Do you think Kesha seriously told her Mom about this straight away?

And what do you mean, "show me evidence"? This hasn't gone to court yet, so we can't know of any evidence there may or may not be. Any and all evidence on both sides will most likely remain undisclosed until then.

So you believe she would risk literally everything to get out of the contract? Her livelihood? Because that's what this would amount to if she was lying.

"That story" - which of the several handfuls of incidents, exactly, were you referencing?

Of course it's only natural for people to not take sides without evidence, but it's rather disgusting
that any of you would think she would do all of this just to "get out of a contract". That is vile.
She has done absolutely nothing in the past to be seen as the type of person to do this kind of thing.

Even if there's the slightest possibility any of these things happened, empathy is crucial.
Immediately doubting a situation like this is rather low, no?

And strangely enough... can't think of an example of someone like Kesha fabricating lies like these for such petty reasons. No...very likely. She is stuck with a man contractually that she doesnt want to be with. Her last album didnt look too good and shes been bickering with him for over a year. Her career falls on this next album sorta. She loses either way. Her only way out is to risk it all and get out of the contract. Her new management will pull out all out all the stops.

Also Keshas not the only one on the line here. Her management company is too. They want to her to get out so they can resign her to a new contract and profit. They were not going to see profits if luke was involved because they know kesha and luke have bad blood now.

This is a CIVIL case over money and a record deal, not criminal. The deposition even list in keshas case that her management company is involved.

If Kesha is fabricating it may not be all on her own doing but also the lawyers and people attached to her new management deal. They could be pulling major ropes.

Clearly, the incentive is to get out of the record deal which, in the first place, was ABUSIVE.

Granted she DID sign it, but when it comes along with physical, sexual, mental and emotional TORMENT people tend to change their minds. All this about Kesha having problems with Luke has been public knowledge for well over a year, LONG before her "rehab stint" as to which Pebe blamed on Luke. Hell, she even wrote a diss track pre-Animal called 7AM, which aligns with a lot of these things. Obviously they had a dysfunctional relationship, even if it worked at certain parts.

It's also been very, very public that Kesha was not happy with many songs on Warrior and Luke is far too involved in the creative process, making her record things she doesn't want to because of the contract she is in. It's restricting not only her artistic freedom, but personal freedom - and when it comes to that, it's something you take to court.

The last thing this has to do with is MONEY. Even though Luke is probably taking an enormous chunk of any profit Kesha makes for himself, which is why she's constantly touring and trying to find other ways to branch out with her name and brand.
