It had no filler. Every song was single-worthy. Britney's singles were never really successful up until Femme Fatale, but then the album underperformed. How about that? Does that answer the question?

Ch.. I didn't realise Rihanna had release the same amount of LPs as Britney's...
And quite frankly, none of those gerls is serving anything special vocally (Rihanna still has better vocals but it really doesn't say much considering her competition) so it really comes down to personal taste.
Rihanna's discography is way more diverse and I love some of her songs. Britney's records really turn me off. I can bop to some of them and I even have some of them as fillers in my iPhone but I never search for them, they just randomly/shufflely play.
So Rihanna's body of work to me, by a landslide. But again, no one shoud act like there's a right or wrong answer cause both serve mostly the same kinda music.

Britney by far, I only enjoy 2 Rihanna albums, GGGB and Loud.
