Last 'official' stats in the US:
'Artpop' - 746,000
'Cheek To Cheek' - 622,000
WW, it's around 2M for Artpop, 1M for Cheek To Cheek.
Keep in mind Cheek To Cheek had a great boost this year (It's currently top 200 on iTunes, when it wasn't a few days ago) and could actually sell again this year.

Wish she could do something for ARTPOP. ARTPOP did sell a lot when G.U.Y. was released because of that promo that month. and G.U.Y. was a huge flop. Maybe when her new album will be released she can discount all her albums or something lke that.

Only 13 shows were reported for a total gross of 13.9 million dollars. There were a lot more others tho and all the Europeans dates didn't get reported.

Some TEA numbers from the ARTPOP era:
Since the album came out:
Applause: 900,000 copies sold, equivalent of 90,000 albums
Do What U Want: 1,000,000 copies sold, equivalent of 100,000 albums
G.U.Y. and other album tracks: 100,000 copies sold, equivalent of 10,000 albums
TEA = 200,000 copies + 750,000 (pure album sales) = 950,000 copies
So yea, ARTPOP should definitely get the Platinum certification.
