I'm good now I was just having a break down that day

Like you, I'm trying to lean out just enough to see my abs and I really want to start bulking to build back any muscle I lost during my leaning period so its just frustrating sometimes because I'm ready to start that phase but my body just isn't quite there yet.
As far as tips for leaning all you can do is reduce your calories and hit your macros on target each day while also focusing on building your muscles in those areas. Its 80% diet and 20% exercise.
