I've lost half of my goal weight and feel like I've barely seen a change in body

I mean I see a bit of difference in the size of my butt and the back of my legs but other than that I feel like I'm right where I started. I'm hoping the last 15lbs will show major change but its hard to stay motivated to lose it when changes seem minimal and the last 15 is a lot harder than the first 15.
I think I'm going to do a before picture in a few days so I can go back and look at differences throughout my progress and maybe that will help but otherwise I feel pretty discouraged right now.
