There's no such thing as no such thing when it comes to Britney. Every contract is not the same.

First off Celine is at Caesar's, Britney Planet Hollywood. So, yeah.

Second, Giorgio already spilled the tea about it being in her contract she can't do music videos. That doesn't necessarily CLICK, so it shouldn't surprise you that something like not performing anywhere but on POM stage is in that same ****ed up contract.

None of this is true.
Her original contract that she signed in the 90's just ended after she released Britney Jean. She re-signed in 2014 and we have no idea what the new contract entails.

People said that Femme Fatale was the last in her contract because it was the last in her contract with Jive,
as it disbanded after it's release.
Britney Jean was the last album in her contract, but she has since renewed with RCA.

Right now I'm wondering if the Iggy track or the Moroder track will come first. I know it was originally supposed to be the Iggy track but it seems that plans have shifted, but maybe not by much. I believe Giorgio's album is coming out in the late spring, so maybe we'll hear Britney's track in early April, and the one with Iggy could be coming in mid March during her break from Vegas.

I just need to be served with the details. She doesn't even have any time to shoot a new video until mid March at the earliest.
