O/T but I've read in a local newspaper (broadsheet) here that Carole King doesn't want to write songs anymore because it's "too late" for her and that she's happy she ended her career on a high note with her last tour with James Taylor.

Then you are clearly being delusional there. Sure Taylor is great and all, but thinking she's better than everyone is downright stupid. The first way to deal with people who have different opinion is: listen & try to rationalize with them. Respect others if you want to be taken seriously. Not every critic is hater.
Another "Breathe" would be great. But, nope. I need a much more improved "Dear John". That song still slays. And an improved "Never Grow Up" too please. And she better makes them 10 mins long. Like Zimmerman did.
I'm listening to "Dear John" right now. Still thinking it's weird to put "Mean" after it. It ***** on vinyl & MP3. The part when she sings "over your sad empty town" gets me every time. 100% sure she recorded it while crying. Taylor hun.
Let's relieve how amazing "Dear John" is.

Yesterday Rihanna rocked some white shell toe Adidas and a blonde wig while arriving at Giorgio Baldi, where she dined with Taylor Swift. Later in the evening she was seen leaving club My Studio in sexy Louboutin heels.
