Erm, Taylor did pretty much everything short of explicitly stating Katy's name in that interview where she discussed the song. She knew fully well what she was doing. Let's not pretend that was any different from what Tina and Amy did at the Golden Globes as far as "women not helping other women" goes.
Although if we're really going to get into it, that Madeleine Albright quote (lol) Taylor appropriated really doesn't represent feminism or feminist ideals in any way and is actually so incredibly misguided that it's frankly kind of laughable, but then this just comes back to how skewed Taylor's concept of feminism is.
