I do kind of get where she's coming from. Most every female star has false pregnancy headlines made about them and they usually include snippets about how the woman isn't with somebody. That's sexist. Or at least we can all agree that it's disrespectful to just label a woman pregnant for the sake of selling a rag mag.
Men also get crap but just from what I've seen by shopping, the vast majority of headlines are slanderous towards women.
I think she included the meme so her message wouldn't come across as abrasive. Like adding some humor to make your snarl look less threatening

Taylor "tears" Katy, a woman, down as much as, if not more so, than Tina and Amy did to Taylor. I can only imagine what kind of wrath Taylor thinks she'll incur from that.
