Ke$ha and Britney Spears are the only two popstars that are 100% self aware. Katy Perry is more self aware than Lady Gaga, though. Lady Gaga believes she's self aware, but the irony is that she really isn't at all. Justin Bieber is 100% not self aware, in the least. Miley Cyrus, I can't tell if she's a genius or not -- I'm still unsure if she's self-aware or not.
