Kety better purchase a new wig, not her for the gothic look.
I've said it before, this will be her BTW era minus the 6m album sales and successful tour
weren't the Kats laughing saying "omg the dark image was just a joke! xD" and now Katy is burning her wig while in dark clothing and dark makeup and incorporating funerals now?
I do wonder sometimes if people can't sense humor at all.
The issue isn't with these celebrities, it's that kids today don't know where they're going. "Oh I'm going to find a high-paying job and I'll be rich!" is not knowing where they're going. You have to key in on what you're REALLY interesting in. You can only put your full potential into something you want to do, which if someone doesn't figure that out, is not Beyonce or Jay-Z's fault whatsoever in ANY manner. Striving for the highest-paying job isn't the way to go - which is what most people do today. "I want to be a doctor/lawyer/business man/whatever else". And that's not B/J's fault
And what? This is one of the many threads I've seen about Rihanna being "a bad role model". There was one (that I can't find right now) that she responded to - some article pretty much saying the same thing, and she just said "I don't care about being a role model." . And Beyonce and Jay-Z shouldn't, either. The media makes them out to be role models, not themselves.
And also let me add, these rappers today are more toxic to the black community than anything else. Such as Drake, Wayne they do nothing but preach about "getting money" and ****ing every girl you see and being nothing more than that. That's why you see all of these foolish black children pretending to be a walking swag-fest with this fake confidence boost. And I can say this from viewing this from my fellow blacks/in my own family. Can you?
Nobody lauds Rihanna as a role model. People praise Beyonce and Jay as role models when all Jay does is glamourize street life & have product placement laced raps where he brags about how much more richer he is than you, and Beyonce sells her own narcissism as female empowerment. They made careers out of this. They are put on too high of a pedestal than I think they should be on, and I feel alot of it has to do with their propaganda machines. Anyways, this is getting pretty tired to talk about. My opinion is not going to change.
I love it. A lot of people are taking it way too seriously, it's meant to be dark humor, not actually "****ing dark". That's how I think the rest of the era will be. I don't think she's dumb enough to completely throw her (small) fanbase away and do a completely dark, mature album.
