I don't get why Donovan saved Iris though? Like if he was really going to use her as a pawn why couldn't he just let her die there so she'd be trapped?
Literally WHAT else would be more of a twist for you people than the MAIN INVESTIGATOR of a murder spree being the killer? And it's not even that he knows and he's trying to keep it a secret. The main theory people have is that he has split personalities & one is killing and the other is investigating. That is an AMAZING idea, and if y'all don't think so, then you're hopeless & are asking too much of this show.
And also, my theory for Room 33 is that it's filled with the worst nightmares of whoever enters, and I think the Countess has had a twisted history with her own children (perhaps one died, or she cannot have kids) and she goes into the room to see the child she has lost, that's why we see her with a crib. Maybe.

I like that theory. I mean what kind of beast should be that Bartolomew baby if everyone is scared of it?

No, I mean that the baby would only be what the Countess sees. It's personalised to each person that enters. Liz's would maybe be his family telling him what a disgrace he is/trying to attack him. Alex's would be Holden laying there dead, etc. That could work quite well, it would be awesome if John walked in and saw himself.
also someone needs to explain to me the ownership of the hotel.
gaga owned it, then lost it to madoff, thus why she's also poor. but how can she sell it to will drake then?
!!!! Please someone explain!!

She wouldn't be trapped cause she had no unfinished business

I like that as an idea, but I doubt it's happening.
I believe they are talking about the same person/thing or whatever it is.
Iris said "I gotta go feed that thing in Room 33" then we see htis picture of Gaga etc.

I actually agree with you. That's way creepier than some dead baby who needs to be fed
They haven't given us any signs about the Hotel being something ... unnatural. It's technically built for Mr March to kill people and yeah there are hidden rooms and so on, but besides the Ghosts and the Vampires there is nothing supernatural or unnatural about it, so I don't think the Hotel plays a "character" in that way. But if the Addiction Demon has something to do with the Hotel itself, then maybe...
