In any work environment you technically can get out of a contract if you're being abused by a superior in any way. Nobody is arguing that her current contract is basically a contract signed with the devil (Dr. Rape in this case), at the end of the day Kesha & her team will need to find some legal way to get her out of it or a lot of effort from a lot of visible artists/celebrities to come for her help.
You guys love to make this like if Kesha is doing this "for the money!1!!11" as if this is going to get her any kind of money at all, she's borderline broke because of this & probably will never be able to recover from it.
