Most celebrities are not discussing the rape allegations though. Kesha is under an absurd contract either way, most artists probably had to go through those situations at some point, so they can definitely feel empathy for her even if they don't want to believe the other allegations (which they should cause Dr. Rape is a rapist).

The terms she agreed to are SOP for the industry and even if they weren't, she signed the contract.
Sony even loosened the deals of the contract for her so that she doesn't have to record with Luke at all when her Kemosabe deal originally called for him to do at least 50% of every album of hers under the contract... and she's not budging.

She signed that contract when she was 18, she obviously didn't know **** about the industry. He tries to take advantage of her in more than one way. He is TRASH (& a rapist).

You are literally reading what you want to believe. Dr. Rape & Sony have the exact same team of lawyers. The entire "we offered her to record without Dr. Luke" is a farce, he would still be her boss & be in charge of everything regarding her career. Him raping her is beside the point rn, this is not a good work environment for Kesha or anybody, period.

It's really not. That allegation is the only reason this case hasn't been thrown out yet. Without it, the case would just be an unhappy artist who signed a deal she later regretted.
Luke may still have to sign off on releases and whatnot, but Sony's offer pretty much allows Kesha to work for him remotely. Which means she's not in any danger.
And it's obvious that Kesha (like most rape victims) won't be able to provide evidence that she was raped. Her and her team know this (hence why they didn't fill for a criminal lawsuit). She was good with working with Sony if that didn't involve still being related to Dr. Rape in any form (which is definitely not the case rn).
