I think a lot of fans exaggerate the discrepancy b/w her performance skills before and now.

I think it's just subtle things. Like the way she leans to the side vs. just tilting her head to the side @ 5 seconds. I do agree about fans exaggerating the discrepancy between her performance skills before and now. This video proves that she is perfectly capable of doing the same moves she did 10+ years ago. She doesn't have as much energy and power behind her moves as she used to, but that's understandable given that she's older now.

It also doesn't help that her dancers are doing the most. Like, just do the choreography the way it is supposed to be done. They make it look so forced. The Slave 4 U choreography is supposed to just flow and they make it look so awkward.
