It's hard to find good gifs of the "Till the World Ends" dance sequence. Most of them are really short.

The "Hold It Against Me" choreography was performed the same live as it was in the music video, so I see no reason to believe it wasn't her. The choreography during the video would have been executed differently had it been done by a body double.
Aside from the obvious usage of the body double during the "Hold It Against Me" breakdown fight sequence, I think the only other time a body double was used during the
Femme Fatale era was for the backbend during the "Till the World Ends" video because she was having none of it when she performed it live.
The rest of the choreography was executed the same live as it was in the music videos, which makes me think that the videos were almost entirely Britney and the body double rumors are exaggerated.
The horse the cake, at least she looks happy! she would probably bring up again charli at tonight show
