It would be exactly the same. The dance-pop era was around 2006-2011, people like Lady Gaga and Flo Rida and Ke$ha got heavily promoted right at the peak because record labels saw easy money to make. That's all it is.
I think we have to go back to Timbaland, or even Lil Jon and ask ourselves this question, but I think even without them bringing dance/trance influences into pop music someone else would have still done it.

This + and remember Madonna's global "Confessions on a Dance Floor" slayage already in 2005.
Ke$ha exploded around the same time (or even before) Just Dance.
The way iTunes works is more responsible for a change than Gaga's impact.
You're correct, there aren't any. The dance songs on Loud are done by Stargate, who were having big hits with dance songs before Lady Gaga, and the dance songs on Talk That Talk are done by Calvin Harris, who was also having big hits with dance songs before Lady Gaga.

Yeah, iTunes was a big one too. Although dance songs do badly on iTunes today (even with lots of airplay), it was the opposite way around in the mid-00s, the dance songs would do really well on iTunes with little airplay. Hung Up is a huge example of that, also stuff like Crazy Frog and SOS. Also HAC and rhythmic stations started playing more dance songs, so in the last half of the 00's they became easier and easier to get hits with.
You're a delusional fool if you think someone who had such phenomenal success didn't impact the industry.
Every major pop act will have an effect. From the immediate of creating/choosing particular songs that might recreate current smashes, to labels/managers looking for "the next _____", to influencing visuals, to inspiring a potential next-generation of pop acts, to overshadowing another act who could have steered things differently, to absorbing label budgets causing other artists' to be slashed and potentially diminish whilst it otherwise might not have, to setting a standard that effected other artists for better or worse, to dictating where music goes after they make their impact ETC.
Gaga didn't need to single-handedly invent or reintroduce a certain type of music and visual gimmick to be granted credit for impacting and influencing the industry. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Every year in music develops from the previous one and so on ad infinitum, so others made her act possible and she in turn made others acts possible. Small scale (outfit, performance, video, single, album) or large scale (getting signed/created).
Gaga wasn't some groundbreaking new sound or anything but let's not act like everything would be the same. After she got super popular, most of the other pop girls (looking at you Kathryn ) started dressing "weird" and having the weirdness factor.
Also, she kinda made music video releases into more of an event again…Telephone was a big deal when it came out.
Also, she gave RedOne his first real hits…that opened doors for him.
I do think Gaga deserves some credit in the evolution of dance influence in pop music. Music has always been dance-y, but Gaga brought it to another level with actual club dance sounding stuff.
The good thing will be that artist like Avril or Britney will get more success than what they had specially during her previous eras in 2011
WTH will be top 10 cause the week BTW debut @ #1 WTH peak at #11 no gaga so another Avril top 10 legend X will also def do better with Bionic
And artist like rihanna or katy will lead as the biggest but also without gaga artist like nicky minaj for example can happend? So as others and the inspiración they got from her in music sound and specially in the fashion u know artist like katy, Rihanna, kesha even beyonce will it turn the way it turn? Who knows but I think no, pop music will be way more basic than what it is and I don't know if that will be a good thing or not.
And so on.. She really did set the bar higher in terms of music videos and fashion, but that's really it tbh. Pop music was heading into EDM anyways so I doubt there'd be much of a difference.
