Musically i'd dare say not much, all tho i do see a lot of Bad Romance influences around from time to time but that's pretty much it

She re-activated(she didn't start it) the freaky trend, the avant gard trend of fashion for pop stars, that's undeniable.
Theathricality/Performance: that's also undeniable, she re-activated(again, she didn't start it) the big performances, those performances that make you go nuts, that have visual influences and those moments that people remember(that can bring great performances like gaga's own Paparazzi performance or Beyonce's Performance at the Billboard(yes i think the gaga trend MOTIVATED the excess and the search ti impress and inprove but SHE DIDN'T inspire it) OR it can bring performances like nicky Minaj's @ the grammys or Miley's at the vmas

She did have an IMPACT, there's a reason that for at least a year she was one of the most influencial people in the world, rivalring with powerful polititians or billionares let's not deny it
