I think so. She has got lots of people from many places of the world (Asia, North America, Europe) to love her fabulous performances that are not one dimensional at all, but include many aspects such as drama, artistry, and it all blends so well. Just my opinion.

Gaga is a good performer, but she's not as consistent as Beyonce at all. Gaga has had uneven performances. I've rarely seen Beyonce give a mediocre performance. Gaga is mainly props and that piano. I don't care what the tour receipts look like.
Overtaken is a bad word for it. I would say Lady Gaga has replaced Beyoncé as the performer of our generation. Gaga is the best pop performer at the moment whil Beyoncé has been absent. Beyoncé doesn't perform nearly as much as she used to, so it's not like it's Gaga is a better performer.
