Logs are the algebra I was talking about. When I went through chem, I'd only taken through Algebra II (I was actually in them at the same time) and I didn't need a single thing higher than that.
I mean, it's pretty much 90% math if you mean just working with ratios, with equations, with the results of reactions, but the higher math is usually reserved for the harder concepts in the class.
