I didn't expect that too. All her songs flopped and she didn't even have videos for her singles She totally surprised everyone. But she deserved it tho. Her performance of I Dreamed A Dream on X Factor almost had me in tears

Only girl was teh rumoured and later official annouched single.
some woman at some magazine (didn't remembered which one) heard a demo from Cheers and said it was a great song and she thought it would be a great single (or something in that direction)
Blogs, sites and magazines just putted it on their sites and made the story that Cheers would be the first single
