I agree with all of this, but what upset me is not necessarily WHAT she decided to do - it's the fact that SHE did it. If there is one artist that doesn't have problems with sales - it's Adele.
I realize that all the artists who didn't put their albums on Spotify were successful beforehand: Beyonce, Taylor & now Adele. I guess I should be happy for them because they've come to a state where they don't need Spotify for people to notice their work & their paying fanbase is big enough to let their album sell successfully. But there is also a sense of greed in pulling your music from streaming service and not allowing common fans to have a listen without paying.
