Katy wasn't going to repeat TD no matter what. She's added more hits to her cat, improved in touring success and overall beefing up her name in music. Not to reach in comparison but Madonna hit some low points and that didn't stop her.

It doesn't matter how many hits she has, it's how big they are. DH is her biggest US hit, Roar is her biggest global hit. Of course she is not going to get 5 #1 hits with every future era, but her hits are getting bigger (more sales, streaming, views, etc.)

Again artpop was expected with GOOD SALES. It didn't even with the industry decline. She could of sold 3 million but she didn't. She sold less than two million. Sis trust me, If Gaga had a PRISM era with ARTPOP people would call her a flop for example

Gaga went from 1M in first week to 290k = Flop

Gaga went from 6M+ to 3M = flop

Gaga went from all her singles being hits (except MTN) to only 2 hits = Flop

so yeah that's how high Gaga's level was

Uhhh DWUW was already a moderate hit without a video. With a video it wouldve been a top 5 hit and wouldve had longevity.

And yeah GUY flopped with a video. So? There are always exceptions to every rule. But you cant a expect songs to smash without mv. Mv give the songs a huge push on the charts.
