TOTGA isn't a ballad though, it's more of a mid tempo pop song. And the recorded version which was played on the radio is different and didn't it sell the least from the 8 singles that were released from TD, or is that part of me.

I meant a real ballad with just her voice and a piano playing, with little production.

Wide Awake is as much of a ballad as Uncond (Hell I even think the latter copies it), but it went triple plat so his point is void.

It makes sense she's passionate about Unconditionally. She probably relates to it a lot, and if you watch her face during the geisha performance she seems really into it. Unlike Dark Horse, Unconditionally means a lot to her and she wants to see it succeed. She's disappointed that the world doesn't feel the same way, that's all.

Oh, and I think Katy hates Dark Horse because it was clearly a song written for Ke$ha and Luke probably decided to give it to Katy after seeing how much of a smash it is. That rap verse was recorded with Ke$ha in mind it's so obvious.

It sold the less (2.7 million) because it was a sixth single from an album that had already sold so much. Nobody wasn't even really expecting the song to sell that much.

Errr it was the sixth single from a double platinum album

I don't remember any sixth single in the world selling over 2.5 million digital copies

She's almost 30, she's prob tired of singing songs like Dark Horse. Uncle was a diff type of song for her and if it would've smashed it would've allowed her to go into a different direction musically.

Remember, Dark Horse was released before Uncle and has been charting ever since. Uncle (aka the second countdown single after Walking On Air) just happened to overshadow it for a bit due to the promo video, but alas Dark Horse is above it again.

Uncle is trash compared to all the other flawless songs on PRISM. Literally any other song would have been a better choice for a single! Also Perfume is flawless and you will deal.
