Well, at least in my country...no one cares about them except Shakira/Gaga/ADELE. But all the others are pretty well known, and Katy has the most radio support.

I don't know much about that tbh, but I think right now Katy is at the top, cuz Rihanna's and Gaga's lastest singles were not played as much as Katy's. (At least in México)

Here in Mexico I can really see Katy above all the other pop girls. POM smashed in Itunes Mexico after the Grammys and all her singles haven been really popular in the radio, from CG to POM. Her videos are loved by the general public specially TOTGA and the three shows she did in the country were sold out. So yes, Mexican people is here for Katy. She's not really a great album seller here, because right now general public is only into albums like 21 or Born to Die (wich I'm impressed because it's selling really well, even when Lana's music is not played in the radio at all).
