I know it might sound bad but I really wish she'll stop working with demos. I want her to get on studio with some producers and writers and there create directly her work. I think that's what she did with Jeff and it came out perfectly.

I agree. I know she can completely transform demos and she has some fantastic songs that were demos (like That's Why You're Beautiful), but I think her best stuff is the songs she has a hand in from the beginning.

I don't think there's a youtube link so I'll PM it to you. But yeah, it's sung by James Fauntleroy. Bey just made some changes to the drums, added some harmonies and nice crescendos etc.
