This girl on twitter always reveals Miley news/secrets/etc. before anyone else does. For example she shared that Miley's outfit for tonight was black & white before anyone had seen it, and a bunch of other stuff. I think she's got connections to Miley's mom, or something? Or mutual friends. Or she just stalks her. I'm not sure.
She also said that Miley is leaving HWR it's just that it takes a while for the contracts to get finalized. She's a bit creepy but she's got a really good track record of being spot-on so I trust her info.
