Their song is a perfectly crafted pop song, so it's clearly well received by audiences (in fact, given everytime Carly had more spins compared to them, AI never increased in proportion: namely, very often audiences were MORE receptive to Payphone than CMM, even though spins were clearly in favor of Carly).
However, the fact Carly is performing at BBA and Maroon5 are not will play a major factor in the chart race.
I am also questioning the fact they are already prepping a second single (Adam Blackstone tweeted that just an hour ago). It's WAY too soon.
They should just wait until Payphone dies down properly (and it's clearly not now or in the next month)
I never get what they do with their promotional plans.
They are so often messy with that
