The way Miley sings this is just so heartfelt, and the simple instrumental is perfect for this type of song. Definitely and easily the best ballad in this rate.
I also love the scene in the movie when she sings this, although I wish they would have done it live for the scene. The music video is amazing too. The graphics make me feel all happy inside.
This is also the highest peaking song on the Billboard Hot 100 in this rate, aside from Party In the U.S.A. so I guess we don't need this rate to tell us who the true Disney Queen is...
