I think AT40 goes by the chart with recurrents still present., so it'd have to rise more to be played unless it's going to be used as a bonus, or extra.

I'm sure she will stop by some radio stations when she comes back to the US.

There's a week gap between the Billboard Awards and Jay Leno, i'm sure they have some other promo lined up in between those days.
