I don't disagree with a word of that. I'm just admittedly a greedy stan. I don't want her to be depressed either so that's why I'm still a stan that's here for whatever she decides. I think I mostly just get pissed when people don't count her as a major force because she's more obscure. I want her to be just as successful as the others because she deserves it. And unfortunately many people consider sales to equal success. She's doing very well all things considered, but still people forget her. No idea why it bugs me, lol. But, I didn't say there's anything wrong with her being the way that she is. In the end, I'm glad she's different from the rest for sure.

Christmas song = She didn't even know it was going to be released. It was a present to her mother.
Superbowl = Just the National Anthem
Smoakstack = Already came with the preorder
WDKY remixes = She didn't lift a damn finger
Dancing = Cute but the editing of the video made it look better than it actual is
Country Duet = Not really part of this era even though it is on her album
Judge on Duets = Potential to flop. It's a summer show and we are already saturated with singing competition and America's Got Talent is basically another singing contest too
Yes, it's good and dandy that she's happy and getting plowed every night but the era is currently dragging and you can't expect one song to hold up an entire album. I think 3/4 months is more than plenty enough for a single, even a monster one as WDKY and Kelly needs to not be so laid back and be a little bit more hands on

The era isn't dragging, RCA are being smart and letting Stronger die out before releasing Dark Side, it's been proven by one of your other favs that when a song smashes hard you need to give it time before releasing a 2nd single. #oop

Of course she should wait. But Stronger was only on top for 3 weeks compared to the double digit week of my other FLAW FREE queen. Dark side should be released by the end of this week tbh. Waiting too much time in between songs tend to make the GP lose their interest in some artists.  My my other fav tends to make damn/amazign videos. I have yet to see anything of that caliber from Kelly in YEARS.

I never said the Def Jam didn't **** up the release time of YDO. It most certainly did. That had top 10 potential and I still jam to it. All I'm saying is that I hope RCA didn't **** up by waiting too long  I already hear WDKY less and less and it stopped playing at the clubs too. While I have to request Kelly to hear her, Rihanna comes on regularly. I just don't want people tof orget about Kelly again.

I haven't seen anything pop up yet  Today is another taping for Duets and the last taping is Friday (if things don't change). 10 days till Duets, so promo should start any day now! In the meantime, 6 more days till the Billboard Music Awards!
EDIT: Just looked at this week's guests lineup on all the shows, no KC Unless something pops up, I guess promo will start next week.

It isnt like ttt and bc completely flopped. sure both songs didnt do well on top 40 but they did alright in some other stations on both rthymic and urban.
