It was taken today... same place they did filming for the VEVO Biggest Fans.
Maybe that was/is the music video set... or maybe it's completely different thing.
What I do know is VEVO has something going on with fans/Katy that is NOT the Wide Awake video. Not sure how final editing will go tho -- maybe some of what was done today will be in WA as well. Time will tell.
