I'm glad that some good promo is coming up to secure some decent numbers for his first week. He will be on Chelsea Lately on E! tomorrow (Thursday), he will be performing next monday on Good Morning America, he will do a concert for iHeart Radio on Tuesday and then the American Idol performance on Thursday.

Good that GMA took him back, last time they cancelled last minute because of the AMAs and he performed on the Early Show instead. I hope there's another TV slot he hasn't announced yet.

Oh hell yeah. Any of those are loads better than BTIKM; I have no idea why that was the first single.

I'm really hoping, too, that his promotional trail saves it. The album is too good to flop.

Girls I got confused and thought Chris Brown was releasing next week but truth is that he won't. I finally found a reliable list. The last column is for the total sales of their previous release and the second to last for their first week sales of said relese.



Only threats could be Godsmack and Sade but both are releasing LIVE albums (and Sade released this week) so I'm not sure they will be able to bring the same numbers next week. Carrie Underwood had a huge debut last week but she should naturally drop this week and even more the next one. There really is weak competition, if Adam fails to achieve that No.1 it will be because he got really crappy sales, like there won't ever be a better week again Can he become the first Gay artist to debut an album at No.1 while being out and proud?
