I don't want Amon to be connected to any of the old characters. I don't see much point in it. I also don't want it to be some Scooby Doo Mystery kinda thing where they remove his mask at the end.

Hold up, my brother just dropped some knowledge on me. Amun (which is sometimes transliterated as Amon) is the name of an Egyptian deity. The most interesting bit of information from Amun's Wikipedia page:

Haha, I would love that too. But I don't like the idea of everyone being able to do things like metal bending, lightning generation and blood bending. Only because it's things like that, that made the characters from the original special. Thing like blue fire, chi blocking, and even Mai with all her daggers and **** made all the characters stand out from eachother. I don't want those things to become common things everyone can do now. Then it won't be special anymore.

Nick needs to move Avatar back to that night time slot it had on Friday for the other seasons. It increased the anticipation lol Saturday morning is not epic enough for a show like Avatar lol

I'm sure not everyone can do it. I'm just saying the Avatar could probably learn all those bendings if they wanted.

Plus that group leader who got his bending taken away could lightning bend. It seems like any powerful fire bender can do it anyways.

Well, There's already a school established that teaches people how to metal bend, the first guy that got his bending taken away by Amon could shoot lightning and some of amon's henchmen are apparently Chi blockers. So all we have left is blue fire and bloodbending.
