I remember having this idea of a video for "Alejandro" stuck in my head when the album first released, and I was listening to the album like crazy, then she made it a single, it got overplayed, overrated, and the video came out and I was like, "... the Hell is this?" The song is still good.

In my head the alejandro music video was gonna to be
Gaga. Cancun. Sexy Latin named Alejandro. Pina coladas for everyone.
Instead we got rosary eating nun, bowl cuts, men in heels, machine gun titties

My idea for the video. It would be shot in faded color, so most things were a pale shade of blue or grey, but you could see some of bright colors, yet faded, such as red or purple.
She was in her dark brown hair, on a cliff above the ocean. Alejandro, an attractive man (Think one of the models from Madonna's "Girl Gone Wild" video) was attempting to seduce her. She pushed him away, nearly knocking him off the cliff, and ran away.
She spent a majority of the video, trying to get away from him, including disguising herself. She kept to normal-ish clothes throughout it, actually.
In the climax ("Don't bother me..."), she's at a bar, and hides in the bathroom. He breaks in.
When the drums hit again from the drum-less section, she pulls a gun on him. When the drums pull away for a sec just before she repeats the "Alejandro, Alejandro... Ale-Ale-jandro..." part, she fires the gun, and runs out the back door.
People come in the bathroom to see it and everyone's screaming (But we don't hear them because of the music).
She runs away as the police leave the bar in search of the murderer.
They find her at the cliff she was at at the beginning. Just before she says the final "Alejandro" in the song, there's a pause (Sort of like in "Judas", where you just hear the wind or something), and she looks back at them. She says the final "Alejandro" in the song, and jumps off the cliff.
That was what I originally had in mind for the video for the song. I imagined this the day I bought the album.
