The fact that Beyonce has versatility.

Bey and Ciara are both very good dancers. Beyonce is amazing at the field/style of dance she specializes in while Ciara is really versatile and can do pretty much any style pretty freakin' well. How well-rounded she is gives Ciara the advantage.

Ci can do other styles too. But she doesn't simply because the music she usually does does not REQUIRE it. Beyonce's music has african influences usually which is why, she of course does african dancing.

Its not about the dance moves and ****...and yeah ciara can actually dance. But i enjoy to watch bey dance much more. I love the way she moves and everything she's elegant and sexy.

She has versatility and "flavor" too, but her choreography is way more complex and intricate than any of Beyoncé's.
