Lol of course Billboard and iTunes is trolling Beliebers.... Givin' chances to get a #1 for Bieber but never.... I'm so happy watchin' tweets about beliebers angry or TUMBLR posts also, they think that there's more chances to get the #1  i just feel good

I guess we can say that Streaming services is the new radio now. It really counts how many people that are here for a song. And if the song is good, public will root for it. If it's not.. No matter how much your fanbase bought it, you will still be 'close enough' to the top. Fair play. Congratulation fun.

Have been watching the Bieber's updates all week and I am shocked!!! 520k and didn't get #1. This proves to me Billboard don't play favorite when they seem to clutter their news with either Bieber or Gaga.

Even if his label stumbled by not having streaming, it's interesting that at some point, ~1 million streams outweighed 100,000 single sales.
