old song leaks usually don't cause significant buzz. Only on maybe twitter and other websites. The media blackout is just her talking to the media and staying away from interviews. I doubt a 2007-2007 song will put her back in the spotlight. Her style was a bit too retro pop for it to be something big.

Gaga counter sued I thought and then they ended the lawsuits.
I'm not sure how I feel about these leaks. A part of me just wants any new Gaga songs as soon as possible and another part of me would rather that this whole thing turned out to be fake. There seems to be a lot of shady business going on and I'm quite certain Gaga wouldn't want all of her songs leaked.

Not really, unless she leaks them herself (Judas, Stuck on ****in' You). Remember she bought back the demo CD? She wants her old stuff to be locked and only release new stuff or that she wants that cannot harm her image.

He's an ass alright but that's okay I'll be happy with the Gaga songs. I know it wont hurt Gaga.
