Billboard reported that
MDNA sold 50,000 in pre-orders following the Super Bowl weekend. And based on the pre-order performance afterwards, it didn't sell too much more. 50k off an expected 300-350k would've still placed her at No. 1.
I'm still waiting to see what happens, but this is better than I expected he'd do after losing #1. I'll check again in a day.
