Let me rip your post to shreds.
First, Serena and Venus are FAR FROM OVER. Serena just recently made it to a GS final. And this is Venus' first tournament since coming back so she wasn't expected to win this. They'll win tournaments.
Serena has off days and on days. She was off against Makarova, but she destroyed Stosur the other day. Stosur is a top 10 player...let's not. And Radwanska is the 2nd best player this year after Azarenka so Venus played well. They have had similar success (or no success) around 2007 and all pundits called them hasbeens and she mollywhopped Sharapova in the final of the AO that year. Venus won Wimbledon the following year, and made it to the finals the following year.
If you want to talk about fading people...talk about Sharapova. Losing to a Li Na at the French, a newcomer like Kvitova at Wimbledon. Another newcomer like Azarenka this year. And another final back at Indian Wells to Azarenka. I like Sharapova and I don't think she's fading, but you'll realize how stupid you sound when you say someone is fading. The sisters are NAWT fading...bye boy
