Hey, so here's what I've planned for the rate so far. Feel free to give suggestions.
So the rate will consist of 103 songs that have been released to date. I'll post the list of the songs in a bit. The rate will include all the released material with a few exceptions. All the tracks should be rated on a scale from 0 to 10, and only whole numbers and halves are allowed. I don't think a more accurate scale would be beneficial enough to implement. As long as the scores are seriously thought through, anyone can participate. (No trolling, or otherwise, if it's obvious, the scores won't be counted in the averages.)
I was thinking that the due date for the entries could be 16th April, and the rate could start a week later on 23rd. Then someone can start the rate. It seems Slayanna is willing to host the event.
and stop calling them mixtapes, they are part of Rihanna's discography if you like it or not if it wasn't for them I don't even know if I'd be a Rihanna stan today.
and how good the song is 
I only use 3 tracks out of the whole album
i was going to give ltwyl pt 2 a 10.
But can we include part 2s like remixes, where the Navy just rank whatever variation of the song they want, and it all goes towards the same track?
