Well, I was mad at all the people who tried to make it never did something well XD, the way they did the previous ones was horrible, only conting the top ten of each countdowns or things like those XD, the last time, a guy did for like 3 months a top 50  and like all the others he got lazy and stopped doing it, then I said "no more!" XD, and talked to one of the mods to tell him what was going on, then he said that would support me in the project, then he talked to other mods and yeah, that's the way it was created, with the support of the mods (well, not all of them knew about this), and maybe not my idea at all (cuz some people tried to made it, but it always flopped after 2 months XD), actually the most "popular" chart someone in the past did only got like 12,000 views and 300 post in 4 months while this one has been supported since the beginning
Besides I studied Marketing and know everything of how Charts work.
