Did it work the first time you created the account? I'm guessing maybe it's the account information you provided when you created it? If nothing works then contact them maybe they can help you find a solution.

Yes it did, now its just loading to no end, guess i have to contact them. I already tried to do the things they tell you on their site but idk its complicated.
