Beyonces IASF album is certified 3x platinum with her RIAA plaque, but not on any website.

R&B/hip-hop music is not extremely popular outside of the United States so the fact that Nicki's been able to sell 3 million copies of Pink Friday - her DEBUT album - is highly impressive.
