has anyone seen this video before... why doesn't she sing like this on stage... don't get me wrong I'm not shading her or anything... I actually love Selena but when she's on stage she seem's to sing like she's shy or something
I hope she changes her look for 2013. I think the brown hair makes her look too young in addition to her baby face.
She should try dark/black hair.

Exactly... when I saw this video I was actually supprised that she can sound almost the same as her recordings... She needs to gain some confidence whilst on stage... maybe during her musical hiatus she will gain some confidence and come back a much better performer cause this video is proof that she is actually quite a good live singer

I know! I was surprised too. Selena lacks stage confidence and a little bit in her presence. She needs to learn to be more comfortable on stage and push herself. I feel like she takes it easy on stage.
You know, you can be an average singer but as long as you own the stage and ooze confidence, your performance will be 10x better.

A perfect example... I love this song... I think by far it's her best vocal on any of her 3 albums... but this performance she doesn't go for any of the big notes in the song... she makes them all more simple... she should just go all out and perfrom it how it sounds on the album... if she get's slated for a bad vocal then so be it but I think she wouldn't get so much stick for being a "weak" singer if she performed it how we now now she can sing...

I sometimes think Selena would fit in the country genre too. Whenever she has an accoustic concert, her voice
comes out better and clearer. She is a good singer IMO.

I pray that this will one day be a single.. for me this is by far the best song she has ever done... I could listen to it on repeat for hours and hours... It should'be been the 1st single off this album tbh
She is a good singer... with a lil bit of vocal training she has potential to be a great singer... it's just she doesn't seem to be that confident when she sings on stage... hense the comparison between MON live and album version
