Wtf are you taking about? She is black. She indentifies herself as a black woman even though she's admitted there's a mix going on. Halle Berry and Zoe Saldana identify as black as well.
Whitney will be the most remembered, her voice is on another level even Mariah could be overshadowed with her tone, Janet will come next because she left a huuge legacy on choreography. Diana is also an inspiration but i'm sure she will be forgotten in a few decades. The others two still need to prove.
All delusions aside... Beyonce. Here you have Whitney Houston and Diana Ross who were spectacular vocalists, but couldn't dance. Then we have Janet who can dance her behind off, but is only an okay singer. Finally we have Rihanna who sounds great on record but has a hard time replicating what she did in the studio when performing live. She can't dance that well either.

And so what that Beyonce has French and Native American ancestry? That doesn't make her white. Adriana Lima has black ancestry, but I don't see anyone calling her black.
Anyway, to answer the question, right now it's Whitney, but I actually do think it'll be Beyonce eventually, assuming she rebounds commercially.
