yeah, but Tik Tok is the epitome of what makes Ke$ha...Ke$ha. it's fun, carefree, irreverent. not particularly sexy, though. I just don't think TTWE fits her.

I will say that 90% of the people I know IRL actually preferred Ke$ha's vocals on the remix. Loads of my friends -- many of whom don't even give a **** about pop music and are apathetic towards both Britney and Ke$ha -- even went so far as to say that they thought the song would've been huge for K$ and could have taken her to the next level.

It may have been just the second single from Cannibal, but Blow was really the SIXTH single from Ke$ha's debut era. There were no gaps between releases. And I'm pretty sure Blow actually outsold TTWE in the United States, lol. Britney is obviously the bigger star internationally, so it's hardly surprising that TTWE outperformed Blow on a worldwide scale.

I don't think there's anything particularly "sexy" about the song. The identical chorus to the Kidz Bop version is a testament to that.

No, the song was perfection. The only limiting factor that prevented it from hitting #1 was America's poor taste.
