She will definitely perform on Idol and on the ACM... But I highly doubt that Simon Cowell will let her perform on The X Factor... As far as I know, Carrie's still managed by XIX Entertainment and Simon Fuller... Simon Cowell said that artists from 19 Management/XIX Entertainment are not allowed to perform on the X Factor US and UK, which consists of Scotty, Carrie, Kris, David, and Lee... But I think Adam, Daughtry, Fantasia, Reuben, Taylor and Jordin have a better shot since they already left 19 Management. Kelly already performed there because she already fired Simon Fuller years ago and is now managed by Starstruck... I'm just sayin. At least she still has Idol and ACM....
Who knows, Simon loved Carrie and still loves her so I wouldn't be surprised if he mad an exception for her.

Well, her vocals are absolutely amazing. I personally think the content of the song follows her trend of "anti-men" lead singles too closely, but really it's an amazing song. She's never sounded this amazing on an up-tempo track, IMO. It's already one of my top 30 all-time most played songs on last.fm.
