Soundscan also confirmed that Music Box and Daydream, two Diamond certified albums, sold seven million each. So where are we going with this?
(Soundscan doesn't count anything pre-92, which is where half of TIC's sales came from, nor anything from the Columbia market - which is where a large portion of Mariah's mid 90s sales came from).
