Oh, really? How do you know he wasn't approved? Sometimes, especially now that ATRL has become more popular getting approved might just take more time. There's only so much mods can do any given day.

No, it doesn't work like that. If that was true, there wouldn't be so many dublicates here. For instance, my good sis circus.co got banned with 3 different accounts.
